Raising Leaders is a rigorous course designed to challenge parents and teenagers alike.  Most parents I talk to want a deeper connection with their teenagers. Most teenagers I talk to want more trust from their parents. Having spent nearly 20 years teaching teenagers, parenting teenagers and counseling parents, I have created a platform for parents and adolescents to relate to each other in a new and powerful way, strengthening accountability and relatability. Parents and teens are grateful for the results–chores get done, freedom increases, respect deepens, understanding clarifies, and communication becomes more authentic. Win-win for everybody.

Parents and teenagers will both see and experience their role as leaders in their home.  The course is interactive and will involve lively participation and communication.  Both parent and child must be willing to trust each other, speak authentically with each other and to change the way they see each other.

Normally this course is offered at $499.  An introductory special is being offered for one parent and one child for $250.  If you have two teenagers, both parents and two teenagers can get the group discount of $400.  Two parents and one child can participate if approved by the instructor, at the group rate.

Snacks and drinks at breaks will be provided.  Practice assignments will be given during each break.  In addition, a final assignment will be given upon completion of the course to be completed that afternoon at a local restaurant of your choice.
